1. Physical baking
1、物理烘烤
Install a temperature control thermocouple before feeding, the feeding amount exceeds the height of the upper turn coil of the furnace body, after feeding with a small power to power baking, if the lower limit of power is large, should consider the use of intermittent power to bake, the heating rate is controlled at 100℃/h, and the temperature is heated to 1100 ℃ for two to four hours.
加料之前安装好控温热电偶，加料量超过炉体上层匝线圈的高度，加料之后用小功率进行通电烘烤，如果功率下限值较大，应考虑采用间断通电的方式进行烘烤，升温速度控制在100℃/h，升温到1100摄氏度时保温二到四个小时。
After the end of the heat preservation, it is necessary to continue heating at a heating rate of 100℃/h until the metal in the furnace begins to melt, at this time, the fixed oven power is unchanged, and the metal material is slowly added to the furnace, so that it has sufficient drying and preheating time.
保温结束后，需要以100℃/h的升温速度继续加温，直到炉内金属开始熔化，此时固定烘炉功率不变，向炉内缓慢加入金属物料，使之有充分干燥和预热的时间。

When the metal temperature reaches 1680~1700℃, the heat preservation begins, and the steel is kept for more than 2 hours. The oven is completed.
待炉内金属全熔化后再进行以100℃/h的速度升温，此时每隔十分钟测一次炉内金属温度，当金属温度到达1680~1700℃ 时开始保温，保温2小时以上出钢，烘炉完成。
