闭式冷却塔水泵的使用注意事项

1、水泵的配置要和冷却塔功率相适应，如果水泵和冷却塔功率不匹配可能会出现大流量高水泵扬程或冷却效果不良等反应，造成能源浪费或冷却效果差的问题。
2. Clean and maintain the equipment regularly, remove the pump and pipe to check whether the rolling bearing is damaged and needs to be replaced, see whether other equipment is loose and worn, and replace and tighten it in time.
2、定期对装置进行清洁保养，将水泵和管道卸下来检查滚动轴承是否有损伤需要拆换，看其他装置是否存在松动磨损，及时进行更换紧固。
Regular water pipe cleaning can increase the flow speed and reduce resistance.
定期清理水管可以提高流通速度，减少阻力。
Replace the sealing plug regularly. Aging of the sealing plug may reduce the pressure of the pump.
定期更换密封塞，密封塞老化会导致水泵压力下降。
3. When the bottom valve of the pump is leaking water, it can not be treated by filling the branch pipe with sandy soil, which will lead to gravel entering the pump with water, damaging the centrifugal impeller, pump body and shaft, and the bottom valve should be repaired and replaced.
3、当水泵出现底阀渗水时，不能用沙质土填支管的方式处理，会导致碎石随水进入泵内，损坏离心叶轮、泵体和轴，应对底阀进行维修更换。
